What areas do you serve?
We provide in-home care throughout Greater Boston and MetroWest, including communities such as Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Weston, Brookline, and surrounding towns. Caregivers are typically matched with clients in or near their preferred service area whenever possible.
What certifications do I need to apply?
Most positions require current CNA or HHA certification. However, we also encourage compassionate individuals with relevant caregiving experience to apply, as opportunities may be available depending on client needs.
Do you offer flexible scheduling?

Geriatric Resource Centre is currently looking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides that share our vision of creating and providing an environment where independence, dignity and comfort prevail.
GRC is a private family owned home health agency operating since 1978; serving the Greater Boston and Metro West area. We pride ourselves in hiring caregivers who share our vision of providing excellent care to clients in need. We’re very proud that we build relationships not only with clients, but also with our caregivers. Positions Available: Weekend day shifts, weekend overnights, weekday day shifts, weekday overnights.
Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience with elder care
- References from three families you have cared for
- Valid drivers license and valid auto insurance
- CNA or Home Health Aide certificate
- Caregiver must be motivated and take initiative with clients
Responsibilities:
- Comfort and care
